Calculating emissions from consumption

The objective of this problem is to know emissions from Ford cars knowing the consumption.

We have used R programming language to analize more than two thousand models available at Idae Website IDAE website

Formula used in Spain to calculate tax horsepower of four stroke engine

\[Fiscal power = 0.08*(0.785*D^2*R)^{0.6}*N\]
